What data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to run CustoDrop:

• Email address (for account access via magic link)
• Uploaded files and related metadata (file name, size, expiration date)
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention

How uploaded files are handled

Files uploaded to CustoDrop are stored temporarily. Each delivery has an expiration date. After that date, files are automatically deleted.

We do not look at your files unless required for technical or legal reasons.

Accounts and authentication

To use CustoDrop, you need an account. Login is handled via email magic links. Authentication is provided by a third-party service (Supabase).

Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

• Provide and operate the CustoDrop service
• Secure the platform and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about your account or service issues

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share data with trusted service providers when necessary, such as:

• Hosting and storage providers
• Authentication services (Supabase)
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)

Analytics and service reliability

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how our website and photo delivery pages are used and to ensure reliable photo downloads.

This includes basic website analytics provided by Cloudflare, which collect aggregated technical information such as page views, device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location. These analytics do not use cookies and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We also collect limited technical events related to photo delivery (such as when a download starts, completes, or fails) to help diagnose and fix delivery issues. These events may include technical details like device type, browser, and file size category, but do not include the contents of photos or personal communications.

Analytics and technical event data may be processed and stored by our service providers, including Cloudflare, Inc. and Supabase, Inc., solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain processing
